Session 1 – Coaching will always begin the same way for everyone; identifying why you eat and why you hold onto weight. This happens in the first session and afterwards all the work we do will be focused around this. We will start to change how you think about food and weight so you immediately begin to feel better. By the end of the first session you will know how to start changing both how you feel, and your need for food.

Session 2 – The second session will focus on your thinking, in particular how your thinking affects your emotions and the actions you take. We will examine your deepest fears and anxieties about all parts of life and how they impact your eating. By the end of this session you should find it easier to choose differently when the call to eat comes.

Session 3 – By the third session you will be starting to see how your changes in thinking are affecting your life and how you feel about it. This week is where we can begin to make changes that leave you feeling happier no matter what is happening around you, changing your priorities to make them work for you and your body.

Session 4 – Session 4 takes a look at how the people and situations in your life that can affect your eating and weight. We will spend time looking at your relationships, both past and present, to determine how they affect you emotionally. By the end of this session you will be able to let other people be themselves without emotional reaction, leaving you in control of your eating no matter what happens.

Session 5 – The final session works through all the feelings and emotions you have about your body and how to change them. You don’t need to love your body to be happy, but through coaching you can change how you feel about it so that it no longer occupies your mind. This session will leave you with a plan for a future that creates happiness and peace with food and body.

Each session of coaching costs £50 or you can choose to have the full 5 sessions for £200, payable on the first visit. Sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes and are never rushed. After each session, you will receive an email from me summarising everything we have covered so you never need to worry about missing anything. My practice is based in Bolton near Manchester. Skype sessions are available if you unable to attend in person.
